Even after uninstall I have this weird Grey icon for this app and I can't remove it

This app does not work with Apple TV. Wish I knew that before the purchase..
Almost perfect.
Quick to load, easy to set, gesture response time is instant. To feel more intuitive as a desktop keyboard/mouse replacement, I recommend:
the addition of up/down/left/right arrow keys to the mouse screen,
the up/down scroll gesture direction (of second finger) be inverted, and
the keyboard be able to type on-screen in real-time, rather than sending input in batches as if text-messaging.
I am unable to make in-app purchases. Nothing happens after I select my purchase choice.

Great for what I need it for -- a simple way to access and control my mini. Simple, connects with the desktop app quickly. Thanks!
