The transmitter side works well. It would be really helpful if it could also decode.

The fatal flaw in this program is that it does not warn you when it plans to transmit next.
I want to be in charge of my station and not have this app be the control operator who does not communicate with me.

Easy to use app with excellent customer support
In my opinion it’s the best app out there and it’s for Apple!! The whole thing was easier than I imagined using an existing FT-857d. Great fun especially with using a beam and low power. Watch the propagation change. Federico is a really helpful guy assisting with interface cable issues. If only all companies offered this high level of customer service. 100% recommend. Gary MW0YAE

Worth the money
Great App, although it can be done for free with a computer or android tablet, I have an iPhone and iPad that I bring with me to portable operations and I have a mobile setup and this is perfect. Easy to use and it has been great for testing my antennas. I wish there were more options for the map, such as the ability to specify how far back to show pins and what bands to view. Maybe this is an option I just haven’t found yet.

Exactly what I was looking for
This app is exactly what I need: to be able to do wspr beacon antenna testing using my phone and portable rig. Easy set up and operation. I run it and hold the rig mic up to the phone. Nice product.

iWSPR works flawlessly to transmit WSPR messages.
I have used it with both a KX3 and an IC 7000, using vox on both.
Pay attention to your ALC levels so that you do not distort your transmitted signal. Distorted signals may not be copied by monitoring stations.

Great support
I have even very pleased with this app driving my KX3. It is very easy to set up when you want to make a quick WSPR test. I had a question regarding one of the setup parameters and received a quick email response with a clear explanation.

Brilliant app. Using a a heil headset adapter out of mic socket via a 3.5mm stereo to mono plug and cable straight to iPad or iPhone headphone/mic. Keep the volume low on device and works great.

Have been using this with a FT-817ND & KX3. Works GREAT and you always seem to have your phone around.. GREAT WORK on this one..

Works perfect! Audio frequency is right on, clock time is perfect somehow.

Made a simple lead from the iPhone headphone socket direct to the FT-817 mic socket. Amazed to a get spots from VK (10,000 miles away) within 10 mins of setting up with 1 watt on 30m.

So easy
Connected my iPad to my Elecraft K2 tx adapter, with a straight through, jack to jack audio cable. Set the K2 in VOX mode. It worked first time. So easy.
I travel around NZ a lot in my motorhome, so the 'auto locator' is really useful. Spot list and a map built in. Easiest software ever.
If you need a WSPR beacon controller. This is it.

Works well but ...
This app works well on iPad mini but could use a few improvements.
1. Draw map using short paths. For example, QSO from my QTH in Arizona to Japan shows long path through Europe.
2. Provide a way to set the length of history time for showing reports.

Good app
Great little app the features it has work great but there is room for improvement. I would love to see decode ability as well as a spot map integration I'm sure in due time but so far so good :)
