I bought two switches, neither can be connected to. The app doesn’t work at all. Waste of time and money.
Didn’t work at all
I can’t get my socket to work at all. I’ve tried every setting. The instructions are poor. The troubleshooting is inadequate.

There is no other word to describe this product app pairing. Useless. Can’t get switches to work. Maybe one out of three will work. App won’t detect devices after reset. Really is awful.

Good improvements for my comments on previous versions!
However I find this version is very hard with many functions and shortcuts which are not easy to use !!
I suggest that it get improved with:
1-use of 3D touch from home screen for quick On/off AC
2- in the app all devices shall appear also with 1 click interface instead of many clicks, to get the list of devices then turn it on and off..

Needs to be translated to English better
App works well once you finally work out what the icons do, and how to connect your device successfully.
ok device but poor app design
Device was okay and can work with most of the ac out three. The app is lacking of upgrades; it should have control panel on Notification Center. Just a recommendation for your next app update...
Not working on 4G any more?
When it is working it is good, these few days cannnot control the switch by 4G, I think the server is down. Really hope it can get back up soon
