iX HR Employee is an employee self-service app for organizations using the iX HR platform. It gives employees secure mobile access to everyday HR services and helps organizations provide a simple and consistent digital employee experience. With iX HR Employee, employees can: • Register attendance and departure • Review attendance history and daily attendance status • Submit leave, attendance-related, and other HR requests • Track pending, approved, rejected, cancelled, and completed requests • View available employee statistics and deductions • Receive notifications and updates related to HR requests • View and update available profile information • Use biometric authentication on supported devices Where enabled by the organization, attendance may use device location and a live photo to help verify employee attendance. Authorized managers can also review incoming employee requests and approve or reject them based on their assigned permissions. iX HR Employee is designed as a SaaS employee self-service solution that can support different organizations through configurable features and access permissions. Available features may vary depending on the organization, configuration, and user role. A valid employee or authorized user account from an organization using the iX HR platform is required to access the app.
