I backup my latest pics and vids every night when I plug in my phone to charge. This is a game changer, love it.
Disconnects after update
Since the update released a few weeks ago this app just stops working. I make sure to never close the app during back up but occasionally I’ll open the app window to see the status and it will have just stopped backing up, and by reselecting the window it starts scanning in order to resume back up — as if the app had been closed. I’m only able to get reliable backing up if I keep the app window active and the phone screen on. Huge functionality bug.

Easiest way to backup my pictures
I set it up once and it automatically backs up all my photos and videos every night when I plug my iPhone in to charge. Great peace of mind to know my family pictures are backed up.

Ordered from Amazon plugged it in promptly downloaded the software app. Followed the instructions. Could not locate my Backup Folder? Restarted several times final the auto-backup started to backup my Contacts 1966 of them then every time it got to aprox 1360 of my contacts being uploaded the app just shuts down and I Start all over again. Never finished the backups and the app just quits working disappears doesn’t allow me to troubleshoot or try any other functions just endless loop of it shutting down? Not very happy with it at this Time maybe they will see this review and help fix whatever issue they are having with the app shutting down? I guess Time will tell!
