It is very good for teaching I think every school should use this
I don’t know why this “IXL” is dumb
Even thought I am a 7th who has to use IXL but something is wrong with this system. When I was doing my homework on this I did (-) (-) = + but somehow I got it wrong so I have do the same way it wants me to do it (also I am in a private school and who has to do this)

IXL doesn’t let you learn anything if you get it correct you get it wrong like when you get it wrong it doesn’t teach you anything like this if you forget to put the, it is still wrong. It doesn’t take you. Anything is much better. I’d rather go and write 100 anything to do IXL not mean anything wrong it’s just bad to do not get this app if it’s coming from a student stop with the fake adds i hate them 😔😔😔😔😔

It is so boring the only thing that’s fun about it is the rewards and the games
Too punishing
The app is good for learning and all but it easily fuels frustration. Let’s say you mistype your answer and accidentally input a wrong answer, the app penalises you by a lot making it even more annoying yet when you get a question right you only get 2 points making it a nightmare.
Please make your progress stay
I’m thousands of time cause of this app but if you make my private progress stay, I’ll be so happy. I’ll remake this rating and give you five stars please fix this please please please please please.

I’ve hade IXL for a while on my computer its was perfectly fine and I loved it but when I downloaded it on my phone when I clicked on a lesson it brought me to the page and the space where it was supposed to have the questions was blank so please if someone could tell me how to fix it please tell me.

Ixl? No, IXHELL!
Ixl is the worst learning app ever! Its system is absolute garbage, the entire app is honestly, it causes so much stress, and it’s just a horrible app in general.
Let me start by telling you my story. I used Ixl for my online summer school course, and my brother and I sometimes spent hours stuck on one question. It caused so much stress for us. In the end I never really learned anything from it. This could be a good app if it fixed its system.
First, you get a time limit to do your work. People do work at different paces. For example, I am very good at math, but I do it slowly and take my time with it. They don’t want you to get anything wrong but they also have a time limit to finish your work. Make it make sense.
Second (I actually did search this up), Ixl does cause mental issues like depression and anxiety. In some worse cases some people actually want to kill themselves based on what some reviews said.
Lastly, Ixl’s “smart score” is probably the worst thing of them all. It’s basically a nicer way of saying “oh you’re stupid”. This is what makes people take forever to finish the assignments. And when you get something right it only brings you up by two points and when you get something wrong it brings you down by at least ten points seven if Paul is feeling nice. Just because I get something wrong, does not mean I don’t know the material. GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEAD!
