Not user friendly
This app constantly has issues or can’t log me in. Overall a useless app to have.
It’s great but…
I wish that we could add it to our Apple wallet

Always has issues
This app never runs smoothly. Now I’m constantly stuck on a “please wait” loading bubble so I can’t actually do ANYTHING on the app. Very helpful, as you can imagine, not being able to use my banking app at all anymore.
Also, it would be nice to get actual real-time notifications for withdrawals and things instead of just emails, aka something I only check a few times a day at best. I feel like Ixonia Bank is always operating years behind everyone else when it comes to technology and convenience.

Better but still an issue
I like the functionality and look overall, but why doesn’t it automatically orient/rotate to the way I’m holding my iPad? Is that difficult. 99.9% of the apps I use do it.

Terrible
Every time I come on this site whether it’s app or on the computer something goes wrong. On the app I have to change my fingerprint ID recognition like every other time I go in. I was forced to change my password AGAIN. It’s such a pain!
Don’t like it
It challenges me WAY too often for my password. I have enabled Face ID which should suffice. But at least once a week, and sometimes more I have to re enter my information.
Need Zelle
Site is good but need something to make external transfers faster. Zelle would be a great option!
Pathetic & Worthless
This app does not work. Have been a customer for20+ years and this app cannot find me or allow me to use this. Enter my SSN and account number, says I don’t exist. We’ll guess what, moving my accounts to a bank that knows its customer.
This is a pathetic attempt by Ixonia Bank. Developers must have a 2nd grade education. Absolutely worthless

Poor app
This constantly is freezing and then when it does work again it pushes buttons at random. And then freezes again so I can erase!!! This is beyond frustrating!!!! The deposit I put in was for $2,200 not $220 Pls fix this
