No customer service - did not deliver paid order
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Iyisarap took my money but delivered only part of my order, including the wrong wine. I wrote messages and emails but no one ever answered to refund me or fulfill my order. A terrible way to run a business — I would NOT recommend.

Hi! We partially fulfill orders if there are out-of-stock wines in your order. When the remaining wines arrive at us in a couple of days, we will deliver the rest of them. We are so sorry that this and slow customer service created inconvenience for you but we are going through hard times just like other merchants. We will resolve the issue quickly, thanks!
