Pathetic Non Functional App
For one of the biggest banks in Zambia they have created the most pathetic app. You can’t even get past the login page as it only gives the option to register for a new username.

I Don’t Know Who Approved Such an Awful App
This app is shockingly difficult to use. You can’t even copy and paste into most fields, so you are forced to manually type account numbers, phone numbers, authentication codes and everything else. Combined with the maze of passwords and PINs required just to log in, the whole experience feels outdated and frustrating. It slows everything down and makes simple tasks unnecessarily hard. This needs a complete rethink.

I’m a corporate account holder and I can’t access my account with this app. I can’t see alternatives
