iZero Staff

iZero Staff is the app for people who work through iZero and the organisations that book them. Whether you pick up zero-hour shifts or work a fixed rota, everything you need is in your pocket. SHIFT OFFERS New offers arrive as notifications the moment an organiser sends them. See the role, venue, date, hours and pay, then accept or decline with a tap. Accepted shifts drop straight into your schedule. FIND WORK Browse open jobs from organisations you belong to, filter by role or distance, and apply for the dates that suit you. YOUR SCHEDULE AND ROTA Upcoming and past shifts, with full details of each one. Permanent staff see their weekly rota and booked leave at a glance. CLOCK IN AND OUT Scan the venue QR code to clock in and out. Your location is checked at the moment you scan, so attendance is recorded accurately and you are paid for the hours you work. PAY, MADE CLEAR Payslips and invoices as soon as they are issued, a running view of this week's earnings, and a six-week picture of how you are doing. See when your next payment is due. LEAVE AND ENTITLEMENT Book time off, check what you have left, and see how rolled-up holiday pay has been paid on each payslip. STAY COMPLIANT WITHOUT THE CHASE Right to Work documents, starter declarations, bank details and other onboarding requirements are tracked in one list, so you always know what is outstanding and can complete it from your phone. Expiring documents warn you before they become a problem. WORK WITH MORE THAN ONE ORGANISATION Switch between the organisations you work for and see each one's shifts, offers and pay separately. Request to join new organisations from the directory. YOUR PROFILE, YOUR CONTROL Keep your personal details, payment details and registered work status up to date. Sign out whenever you like, and delete your account from within the app if you ever need to. iZero Staff is for workers registered with an iZero organisation. If you are not yet registered, you can create an account in the app and request to join the organisations you work with.
