FAQ

What does the IZI app do?

IZI is an entertainment operator app that provides access to an online cinema, music player, game catalog, and video shows. Users can earn bonuses for engaging with content and exchange these bonuses for free mobile communication services like gigabytes, minutes, and SMS.

How can I earn bonuses and what can I use them for?

Bonuses are accumulated for every minute spent on entertainment within the app, such as watching movies, listening to music, or playing games. These earned bonuses can then be exchanged for mobile communication packages, including data (gigabytes), call minutes, and SMS messages, helping users save on their cellular bills.

Do I need to be an IZI carrier subscriber to use the app?

No, you do not need to subscribe to the IZI carrier to access the app's content. The app offers unlimited access to its entertainment services regardless of your current mobile carrier. You can sign up using the phone number from any mobile carrier or through your Google and Apple accounts.

What kind of content is available on IZI?

The app features an online cinema with a wide selection of movies across various genres, curated music stations with different styles, and a catalog of mobile games including strategies, action games, and classic titles. It also offers video shows and podcasts.

How can I get a SIM card or eSIM with IZI?

You can order a SIM card for delivery or activate an eSIM directly within the application. Navigate to the 'Mobile' section, then 'Services and offers,' and select the 'eSIM' option to manage your mobile service.
