Doesn’t work anymore
Can no longer use this app as it now requires an account login. Suddenly after years of ownership I can no longer control my aircon unit without connecting to an account??? The end of iZone products for me.!!

Dark icon for dark mode
The app works as expected but it’s literally one of a handful of apps that still don’t support auto dark icon switching based on system settings which is odd in 2026
Clunky & painful
Really clunky and just painful to use. Too many clicks and not intuitive. Also have issues with one unit’s automation not working on the app.
Need old izone app
Can you please put the old izone app back on the App Store? If, like me, you only use the app to control your air conditioning, the simple, old app was far better than this complex app that is full of stuff I don’t use and the a/c controls are horrible ☹️.

BRING BACK THE OLD APP
I’ve lived in my house for six years, downloaded the app and connected to my Aircon without trouble, now I can’t download the old app. I have to use this new one that refuses to find and connect to my aircon system, maybe the old touch screen is incompatible with the new app, since I see tutorials for this show much newer screens with the same UI as the app.

Disappointment
We’ve had izone for a few years, hoping it would get better. The app doesn’t connect consistently, it’s slow. We end up walking down to the panel to get the ac doing what we want. For what they charge,
they should make sure at least the basics work.

The app is so slow to action anything it makes it pointless I might as well walk to the panel on the wall is quicker. Bring back the old simple and effective app
New not always better
Please can we go back to the simple one where it worked well and didn’t have all the useful features hidden behind random icons on the screen. Why is it so hard to find the timer for example. And why can’t I just have the interface match the screen on the wall controller like it used to. Now I have a load of tiny icons that are really hard to navigate. Frustrating app.

This app sucks
Please make everything faster! Changing any setting in the app takes like 30sec so if you change something and change window you it doesn’t save the setting.
Old app was better
Made the mistake of changing to this app so clunky poor UX AND UNSTABLE
Not reliable
Unfortunately have to agree with the last reviewer. I’m constantly having issues with setting the set point. There is not even a 1 to 1 match on the fan speeds with app and the wall console
Still buggy and getting worse
The app was somewhat functional but the most recent update has resulted in a critical bug - when setting the climate temperature for a room the system hangs and resets to 15C
Can not adjust temperature
Since recent updates, can’t control temperature on the app anymore. Once you attempt to adjust the temperature, first thing, the app crashes. But sets the temperature to 15°C for some reason.
The app does communicate with the controller though. Able to turn on/off the aircon unit, turn on or off zones. I don’t really know why (update) break a perfectly functioning system.

Not the easiest to set up!
Not the easiest to set up that’s for sure. Remember some of us are seniors and this technology can be a bit advanced for us.
HomeKit was great while it lasted
The app is super laggy - and HomeKit was janky but worked for a bit which was amazing - and then it fell apart and never worked again. I wish the developers would work on it more.
Useless app
Bring back the original IZone. I just want to be able to control my heating/ac. Nothing will link. VERY UNUSER FRIENDLY 😡
Great system, terrible app
Why would a company that has such a great system and has a big emphasis on being “smart” have such a terrible app. I’m tech savvy and find this app difficult, slow, unreliable and hard to navigate. The old app looked bad but was much easier to use. Bring it back!
