Disconnected- no idea why

5 days after attaching a tracker to my elderly mother’s wallet- the tracker is no longer connected. Last located the wallet where it should be but it’s not there and is now not locatable on the app.
Cannot find “help” to resolve this issue in the app.
Do not recommend.

Doesn’t even connect!!!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could! I bought 7 of them thinking they would help me find my cats when they go outside and NONE of the 7 items will show up!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! WORST APP AND DEVICE EVER!!!!!

Worthless

Basically just an item tracker that beeps. I bought it thinking it was a gps collar. Completely inaccurate description. And I’m way outside the return window. Looks like the product doesn’t even exist on Amazon anymore.
