Professional Service Delivery

I recently used Iztri based on a paper insert ad for ironing and shoe care services. I used them for shoe care service. First, I tried their service with one pair of shoes. Followed it with 4 more pairs. Their end-to-end service was like clockwork, and I am very happy with it. I have told my friends and colleagues too.

Life-changing Ironing service

Iztri has been lifesaver in optimising the routine of getting my clothes ironed. I can simply book on the app, and clothes get pick up within the selected slot and delivered same day. And very well ironed clothes with paper inserts to keep them intact. Very impressed!

Extremely professional and great quality

One of the few services, probably the only one, delivering exactly what they promise- quick service, very easy to book, professional delivery folks, no complaints with the quality of ironing.

Worst Service not worth it

I had very high hopes for this service provider , they claim to be “same day ironing services “ but i think they should rename to “may be same week or same month “ ironing service . They delay indefinitely , my cloths have been in a status of “out for delivery” for the past day and half not sure who is using them .
And to top it all up their customer service is non existent . Good idea but horrible execution sorry to say won’t be using your services anymore .

Great to worse

This is a very dissatisfied review. I have used Iztri many times and there is a deteriorating experience. Initially all great but off late i have received half pressed clothes, highly delayed delivery. Most of all there is no customer service contact so you type a message and wait for hours or even days to get a response. Pathetic

Unreliable

When they started out, the services used to prompt. Now there’s so much delay with pick up and delivery that you just cannot rely on them for anything. Plus they do not contact you in case of delays and you’re left wondering what’s the state of your clothes. Extremely disappointed with something that started out as promising.

Horrible service

Twice now over the last few months where it took more than 1 week to deliver a few clothes and required multiple calls to a multiple numbers. This became a full time job for almost 2 days where I ended up doing 5-6 calls every day and following up.

Fancy app, Unprofessional service

They have a shop in our housing society where the way of operating is super unprofessional. They hardly ever meet the promise. Your clothes given for ironing are stored with them for 2 days with no work, even after the promise is for 1 day. They took 12 days for dry cleaning a blazer after promising 5 days. Even the way of operating staff is rude and clueless. Better to use any other service available.

Service Delays!

Although I have no complaints with the pick up and delivery boys. It is clearly visible that they are unable to keep the time as promised. My recent 2 experiences have missed pick up, rescheduling to another day and 24 to 48 hours delivery delay. It is evident that they are not able to handle the volume and unable to scale. Very unpredictable service!

Worst customer support and unreliable service!

I used Iztri for dry cleaning ahead of an important function, but their customer support completely ruined everything. They gave me a wrong timeline upfront and kept delaying my order with vague excuses. It went way beyond the promised TAT 4-6 days —multiple follow-ups over 3 days, and they still couldn’t provide any clarity or updates.
In the end, I had to rush out and buy new clothes because my items never arrived on time. Total waste of money and trust. Avoid this app at all costs!

Started off well but service going down without any accountability

They took order to iron curtains, told them to do pleated ironing, after 5 days bring flat ironed. After repeated followups picked up, and brought back after 4 days with bad pleats. The curtain fall is damaged. If you don’t know the job, don’t take it. And be responsive on phone and update status in app. For few rupees caused a damage of thousands of rupees. Very unreliable for expensive clothes. Please stick to normal ironing.

Late delievery and very unresponsive

Initially they stared on a good note ,but gradually they start delaying the delivery,2 days then 3 days .
My order was picked up on 7th of this month and today is 10th ,3 days past but no one is responding ,whenever I chat with customer care they say “due to technical glitch it is delayed “

Unreliable Customer Support

I had given my blazer for dry clean, when it was picked up the individual also said give us the blazer cover. My mom obliged and gave the blazer and cover. When the blazer was delivered the cover wasn’t. My mom asked the deliver person and he said he will look and get it, but nothing happened. The b worst thing is the customer service, when I raised a request on the app to support for almost 10-15 days everyday I was told someone would call me, but no one called. Now from last 4 days, everyday I have been told that it will get delivered today but till date nothing has happened. I am still waiting.

Instructions never followed

Despite speaking to Siya and messaging her as well, the same story repeats. My Chanderi Dupatta has been pressed on the folds with a steam iron, and now I cannot make the folds go no matter what I do. You made tall promises, but it is the same terrible customer response as before. Last time it was my Kanchivaram sarees, now it is my Dupatta. If you cannot do what you say, you have no business to make false promises to customers. Deleting my app and will never use Iztri again. This review will go on my apartment WhatsApp groups as well.

Super service with good price

I have been using Iztri from past couple of months and all the time they delivered good ironing service. Far better than local vendors in most of the aspects.

Worst quality

I have been using there service from quite sometime but seems this days they mind is high. When customers complaint about the quality they show attitude and say there is nothing wrong in the ironing. But there is huge deficiency in the quality.

They are high on attitude and low on customer services.

Im lovin’ it

The service they have provided so far has been excellent. I hope they continue this way even after the customer load increases. I feel like its a great work in progress. It was very satisfying to see my clothes being crisp, i have never managed to get it well done even after years of ironing my own clothes! XD
