I’ve been using Izza and it’s one of the most unique apps I’ve personally used. I like how it brings together fitness, spirituality, and mental discipline instead of separating them.
The spiritual features have helped me stay more consistent with prayer, Quran recitation, and daily reflection, inspired by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and a focus on character and balance.
On the fitness side, I use it to track my workouts and progress, and the journaling tools make it feel like more than just a tracker, it feels like something I use every day to stay on track overall.
