Generally functional
Like being able to order online. Can’t see most prices till after adding to cart. Bug banner pops up when submitting order, but irrelevant. No way to see status of order or even know if it’s out for delivery. Lacks customization requests.
Useless
Every time I enter a location it says unable to verify. Including if I just try to place a carry out order. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app without success. I give up.
Great Food
Great food and service. I am a frequent customer when traveling in this area for hockey at the local rink. Every meal I’ve had is excellent and reasonably priced.
Does not work for apartments
I had high hopes for this app because I love jroos but there are major glitches with delivery to apartments. It continuously says to add the apartment number, even when it’s already there, and won’t let you order.
Amazing!
I have been ordering food & dining here at J Roo’s since the year 2001 & I can tell anyone who reads the Comments... the food is always hot when it arrives (by way of delivery or at table) food is always consistent meaning no matter who’s cooking it’s always fabulous & it don’t matter what time of day it is. Delivery people are always friendly & courteous. I can tell you over the 18 yrs. I’ve been eating here I have had an issue 3 times & the owners are always quick to fix it or make us happy, until my last breath on this earth I will be ordering from J Roo‘s. If you haven’t tried this restaurant you don’t know what you’re missing try it you’ll enjoy it!
