App keeps crashing on new iOS
The app keeps crashing immediately upon opening after updating to the latest iOS. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but nothing works. As soon as I tap to open it, it instantly closes and doesn’t let me do anything. Please fix this!
Weight tracking and BMI are broken
Weight imported from Apple health is completely broken and is hundreds of pounds too high. That makes BMI calculations completely wrong. This bug has been there for over a month so this app is now useless and I’m using other apps that are so much better.

App is fine for tracking the doses but doesn’t pull in all information from other health apps on the phone accurately and there is no place to take photos of weekly progress
Good, a couple of quirks.
Definitely a nice little tracker app, although the weight entry module is a little quirky in that you can’t actually enter your weight. The numbers for entering your weight cover the “save” button.

Finally found the perfect app for managing my weight loss journey!
I've been using Jabby for tracking my GLP-1 medication for several months now, and I'm genuinely impressed with how thoughtfully designed it is. The developers clearly understand what people actually need when managing these medications.
What really sets this app apart:
The dose logging process is incredibly thorough yet simple. When I log a dose, I can select exactly where I administered it - which is crucial for proper injection site rotation.
The app covers all the common sites (stomach, thighs, arms) so I never have to guess or use vague notes.
Flexibility is key - I love that if my medication isn't in the list, there's a handy "Add new here" option right where I need it. Same goes for doses - whether I'm following standard protocols or my doctor has me on a custom amount, the "Set Custom Dose" feature handles it perfectly. No more trying to force my actual treatment into preset options!
The editing capabilities are fantastic. Made a mistake logging a dose? No problem - the edit screen lets me correct everything from the medication type to the injection site. And if I accidentally log something twice, deleting doses is straightforward.
Recent updates have really improved the experience - the medication selection process feels much smoother, and I appreciate being able to add custom peptides since my treatment plan includes more than just the standard options.
This app genuinely makes medication tracking feel effortless rather than like a chore. It's clear the developers actually use GLP-1 medications themselves or work closely with people who do. Highly recommended for anyone serious about properly tracking their treatment

I had trouble trying to load. I asked for support. They helped me so fast. Told me I needed to reduce my font. Worked perfect.

Has potential, but…
1. UI needs some enhancements, dark mode in particular.
2. All requested personal info should be optional, NOT required during onboarding or ever. Let users decide what they want to share and how they want to use the app.
3. Many GPL1 users take other self-administered injections that (TRT, B12, etc.), and tracking from multiple apps doesn’t make sense. If the Jabby devs added general tracking of commonly self-administered injectable RXs/supplements, it would be more broadly adopted by GLP1 users, as well as non-GLP1 users looking for a solution to track injections.
Overall the app has potential, but seems better suited as a TestFlight release in its current state. I’ll check back after updates to see how the app is progressing and will amend my review/rating accordingly.
