Frustrating

This app has so much potential but is so frustratingly bad and poor to use! Searching for “Paris” gives a set of random locations, many things with no relevance. Why do searches also bring up garages, repair shops etc etc?! Incredibly clunky, a real shame as the recommendations angle is so good

Pointless app - do not give it your details.

I installed this app after hearing it featured on a BBC radio programme. The app does nothing - I gave it my email and phone number when signing up but it then just puts you on a ‘waiting list’, so you end up with an app with no functionality at all and somebody else ends up with your personal data. Total waste of time.

Really looking forward to using this app

Absolutely love the thinking behind this new app and I for one can’t wait to start using it - giving the opportunity this could be revolutionary for fellow foodies who appreciate clear, honest and well guided reviews. I have often found myself in a new city, desperate to find a good outlet providing great hospitality - its almost impossible to find unbiased reviews and direction. This is project that is just launching as such there will be a few teething issues and obstacles to overcome before it gets to where it needs to be. Surely its better for all to support and encourage at this stage so it can flourish quickly.

Just what I needed

A great new app for collating all your best restaurant lists. Really love making my own lists and following interesting people around the world to see where they like to eat. Will use loads.

A waiting list

No app is this great you have to go on a waiting list to join especially as advertised in the Waitrose mag
Deleted app

Won’t join up

App wants my photo. I don’t want to share my photo so I cannot join up. Pity, as the idea of sharing positive views is a good one.

Misleading

Had to give them a phone number. Then they wanted a picture. Only once you’ve uploaded this information do they then say that you’re on a waiting list to join. Maybe if this grows into a big thing, people won’t mind being on a waiting list but I’m not happy about sharing my data with these people to only then find out I’ve got to wait. I’ll go back to looking at the Good Food Guide for restaurant recommendations.

You have to enter your phone number

I was really excited about this app after seeing it in the Waitrose Weekend paper but why do I have to give my phone number? Deleted, such a shame.

Doesn’t exist

Signed up, still waiting for access code after several weeks

Had so much promise

Signed up for this two months ago. Still on a waiting list. No app or social is worth this trouble. 🦃

Who do you think you are

Downloaded app as I heard about it on bbc.
App sign up demands phone number, name, photos and even after all this just adds me to a wait list after giving my email.
Get over yourselves, I’ve lost all interest now

App that does nothing

What is the point of an app that you can’t get access to?

THE app for foodies globally!

This is the app we’ve been waiting for - restaurants by recommendations from people who care about food! Marvellous stuff!

The only food app I ever consult

Game changing app that had introduced me to some of the best food I have ever eaten.
