App doesn’t always work
App often stops working and the audio does not always play when app is running.
App crash on iPod touch
I just updated my Jacaranda FM app, but when I try to open the app it crashes after 1 second, please fix.... I have a iPod touch 5th generation

Your ads interfere with the app. When listening to radio, and ad will come up, and then the radio audio doesn’t play again thereafter. Very frustrating.

Frustratingly incompetent
When the app works it’s great but any network issues and it fails miserably. I understand the app is not capable of fixing the internet but some level of accommodation should be possible. Furthermore getting the app to airplay or Chromecast etc. Is a real task

Sound levels are inconsistent
The sound levels between programming and advertising are inconsistent. I know that this is a requirement from your advertisers, but it leads to a less than favourable listener experience.
