It is difficult to navigate in the app and to find what I’m looking for. Also it lags alot behind the real time broadcast.

Absolutely amazing. I can listen to my favourite radio station everywhere and at any time.

I just updated my Jacaranda FM app, but when I try to open the app it crashes after 1 second, please fix.... I have a iPod touch 5th generation

Not a Fan of the App
I absolutely hate the advert at the start before you can join the radio station… when I go onto Jacaranda FM using the App, most of the time it’s urgent switch over then I loose track of the story or miss my song….🤦🏼♀️ The app seems to be poorly updated, improved and maintained.

Cuts out every two minutes
My Wi-Fi is good I have fibre but they shut down every song or so then you have to listen to the ad when you try reset it. Not listenable. I tried the LM radio app and it doesn’t cut out only Jacaranda

Your ads interfere with the app. When listening to radio, and ad will come up, and then the radio audio doesn’t play again thereafter. Very frustrating.

No sound buffering not working properly
I am streaming from the DRC on the company’s satellite network.
Sound comes through in waves. The buffering engine does not work properly for low band width areas. This tech needs a redesign.

It only plays for a split second on mobile data i can never listen to the app when im not on wifi and yes i do have data on my phone

This app is a brilliant idea, very user friendly.
The ads are too much. If you want to listen a clip - ads, if you want to listen radio ads. Maybe keep the ads a bit shorter?

Jacaranda App
I LOVE listening to Jacaranda but the app is not stable - it often doesn’t want to get going and when it does, it cuts out a lot then I have to close and open a few times. 😔
The problem is not bound to a certain area/location - it happens at home in Centurion, at work in Rosebank and in-between.
