I don’t think so that a company if this standards will not refund my amount. From last 1 month m regularly mailing n trying to get in touch with hopeless toll free where hours of phone w8ing.

My experience with jack and jones very bed till now, There is nothing like management i think in regards for return refund and customer care. Whenever I tried to contact with them always said we are busy and whosoever reading this review please don’t trust them.

Good to see Jack & Jones launch an app in India. Clean design, easy to use, and feels very on-brand. Love the QR code feature to look up products and being able to check if something is available in a store near you. Great start!

Love how easy the app is to use. The latest drops are easy to browse, checkout is smooth, and the app-exclusive offers are a nice bonus. Great experience overall and much more convenient than shopping on the go through a browser. Looking forward to more features and exclusive launches!
