It DOES work

You have to connect your phone to Jack via WiFi first. Turn Jack on, then go to your WiFi settings on your phone and look for “Jack Drone” and connect to him. Then go to the app and it will work. It’s awesome!

Won’t Launch

Loads forever. Can’t get it to actually launch so I can access the camera options.

Not working

I bought 5 drones as gifts and no one has been able to use the camera because this app doesn’t work. Has anyone over there even tried to fix the issues or was it all part of a scam. Maybe that the developers are in China is the issue. Wish I knew before spending $1045.00 for crap.

Doesn’t work.

Bought the collectors edition at launch. App STILL doesn’t work. Just spins on the title screen. Biggest disappointment in Gears history and I’m an avid Gears fan.
