A broken app. Doesn’t work on iPhone
App stops working because of technical problems. Check reviews and same one star review from two months ago stating the same problem.

Loved this app but been a long time since it worked and no explanation why. What happened to Jack?
This App is dead
The app was great up until it wasn’t. The app is dead, always the same message “OOPS We're having some technical issues and already taking care of them.

Doesn’t work
Downloaded it and it won’t do anything but tell me it can’t update info.
Not pleased
I like the app if it works, but that is almost never. It use to work sometimes on my android’s. Not often enough to make the prescription cost worth paying for. Now I’ve tried to open it on my iPhone. Very frustrating all it says is downloading data but never completes the download and then pops up we are having technical difficulties and are already working on them. All I can say to that is they are not working on them very diligently because over the past six months I’ve had my iPhone the app has never worked. My prescription ends in August and this app will never see my business again.

I have never got this app to work. All it does is oops there’s a problem.
Trouble opening app
Can’t get past intro screens when downloading it stops at the bottom of the red man’s chin.

App doesnt work
Ive been trying for 3 days to set up this app and it keeps saying its having technical difficulties. If its this hard just to get into the app then I imagine its probably a buggy, glitchy nightmare when you can get it to work. No longer interested.
It used to be great..
No updates in over a year and many things are broken.
No more notifications about weigh stations open in the direction you’re traveling.
Can’t enable notifications so you need to go through the setup every time you open the app. That’s dangerous to attempt when driving.
Cancelling my subscription until they fix these issues.

I love this app save from a lot of trouble
Jack Reports Does NOT Rock Anymore
Traveler. Jack Reports was amazing. Especially driving during evacuations. The earlier one-touch version exhibited four main preloaded selections user friendly. Preloaded four main selections Trucks stops rated, majority gas station listed with prices and open or no fuel, food, and police. For instance, easier one-step select individual trucker stop icon to determine excellent, good, or truckers do not go there. The updated two step process receive initial info and then have to select “report”. No initial preloaded four selections you will find a list. Very few gas prices or mention fuel status. Too many different icons for truck stops as before selected auto info. Do not SS speedway. Always to know location police , and the badge icon gone. On the road, usually need to locate for nearest or feasible active site due to topography and road conditions. Lost ability to quickly zone in. Ruined.

Weight station
Doesn’t know about weight station correctly open or close it lies, it shows it closed but it was open.
Time Zones / Location Detection
I must keep my phone on the time zone, in which I originate (Eastern).
When I write a report however, Jack lists my phone’s present time, but should list the report as being from the present local time.
Secondly, often when I am right up on a weigh station, Jack will not give me the option of choosing “open” or “closed”.
This is vital information that helps other truckers “immediately” (by red high-lighting), the weigh station’s present status.
The OPEN or CLOSED status should change immediately, to reflect current status, unless a scalemaster sympathizer deliberately puts in false information.

Removed from phone, prices outdated
Overall I liked the app. I noticed that some prices were outdated. This weekend I had to drive the 60 miles to my rv so I went by a few Pilot stations showing outdated prices. I submitted updated prices, and 3 days later the app is still showing old price. With current pricing trends, I don’t want to make a decision on outdated data.

UNRELIABLE
If you’re a trucker, know that this app is unreliable. It may go down for a day or more and the “app support” doesn’t work and the contact link is a dead end. So when you really need to
