They agreed and said they would give my coins back in batches which is ridiculous!!
They gave the 1st batch but has not restored the second batch!!

Super fun but disappointing
I really enjoy playing this game! So much variety! So many side games that enhance the game experience. BUT the payouts are horrible. Not even enough to play long. I have purchased tokens to play, you start winning after that but doesn’t last long. Then before you know it, tokens are gone. If you have about 5 minutes to kill, then go play! That’s about all the time you will get. If you are looking to play a game for any length of time, highly suggest going somewhere else. I have had situations where I won but it didn’t pay out. Sent a picture of the issues. They sent me condolences tokens after the first time but have sent them 2 additional situations but have heard nothing. That’s ok, I play somewhere else now that you actually get to play! Good luck to all!

They don't care about the Customer
I'm sadden by this support response to a a feedback on the Quest round not increasing the win on 2 Days left on the quest. After asking about the percent amount.....the next quest, THEY REMOVED THE PERCENT INCREASE!! They punished me for asking the question. There is no way they didn't know it gave the percentage increase at two day. I'm very disappointed in them. I feel ripped off and abused.
Don't spend your money because they just take it and you dont grow when you get into the higher levels. Stop before you waste your money and time like I did!!

The more you spend doesn’t help. I bought a few random upgrades and it did nothing. You are bombarded with ads and promotions. I have to close 10-12 ads to start playing. And the more you spend doesn’t increase anything. Don’t believe that pop up. The spins are so tight I lost over 10B in one run and didn’t get a feature once with almost 100 spins. I tested further and was betting 300M per spin and took 19 spins to hit a feature that won 80M.

The game could be fun. I enjoy it when I am spinning. But the amount of pop ups is absurd. Every few spins there is another pop up with side games. You can’t go back to the home page without getting a pay for coins pop up. And 45 second ads you cannot skip. Lots of wasted time just waiting for all the BS to get finished
