Deceptive game doesn't give money, it takes your money, you go to play and it doesn't even give you the money, it comes out, it's just bad

They stopped updating this app. Same error for months now and now new games.
Customer Service is Nonexistent
I got locked out my account and haven’t been able to contact anyone to get back in the links. Don’t work to reset password. I never get the email sent and it’s been this cycle for a long time already. I’m hoping they do better with customer service.
