The ability to have a personal concierge at your finger tips and not head down the elevator and wait in line is amazing!
The App is super user-friendly and so much more convenient than using traditional hotel services (where staffing has been a huge issue over my last visits.) Very impressed with how easy it was, response time & personalization of service. This is my go-to during my next and future visits!

Gave this a try and was actually able to communicate with a HUMAN BEING! Great service for people that don’t like to deal with these robot type services. Only did a one time booking since I’m not in Las Vegas very often but was pretty happy with the service I got. Might as well give it a shot when you come to town!

I use to be familiar with Vegas as I went frequently but hadn’t been in 5 years and so much has changed. I had a group of 10 people and was in charge of coordinating dinners / the day clubs we wanted to go to and then also transportation. The Jackpot team came in clutch with making recommendations and coordinating all the best places to go! Highly recommend!
