Where is my Redemption
I’M TRYING TO GET A 1-800-Number for Jackpot dance..I’m a 64 year old lady trying to get my Redemption prize so that I can pay my Electric bill…Customer service will not answer my question’s I submitted all of the documents that was needed to get my Redemption prize and they sent me a message saying Redemption Failed…I need to contact The gambling commission to report this site and therefore a lawyer will help me to get my money

Scam game
I’m seeing a lot of different reviews on this game, but they all say the same thing ! This game site is taking peoples money and when you win they don’t pay out they collect information from customers that they claim to use as verification, I submitted a redemption after I paid my money and won 4000.00 on 8/10/2026 too my accounts that I use on other gaming platforms to never receive. It’s just setting there under review ive reported this to the individual that handle the rules on online gaming. Have everyone notice that the give the same pat response if your complaint about not receiving your redemption. We’re sorry we will look into it or contact customer service and there is no customer service,and their positive reviews are posted by this company
Everyone having the same complaint of redemptions not being paid setting under review this game needs to either honer the redemptions or be removed and ban I also notice that they have had several company platforms and names that they are registered under. I’ve won money on here and tried cashing out. It’s been under review for over 6 days. I reached out to support and they said “wait until we finish” and I asked how long does it usually take and now they’re not replying at all.
