I’m giving 4 stars because I can confirm the platform is legit and I was able to successfully cash out over $800.
I did have some trouble with the verification process. The first support representative I spoke with was a little argumentative at first, although we were able to turn the conversation around. She told me the ID pictures I sent should work for verification, but when they didn’t, I stopped receiving responses.
About 24 hours later, another support representative got back to me and suggested trying a different form of ID. Thankfully I had a picture of my passport, and that worked. Once I was verified, I was able to redeem my winnings successfully.
I’m really glad everything worked out because I actually enjoy playing the games they offer, and they also give some pretty good bonuses. Overall I’ve had a good experience with the platform itself. I just think the customer support side could use some improvement, especially when someone is having trouble with verification.

I’m not sure how I feel about this app I think it’s legit but it won’t allow me to redeem. It just loads and then shuts off. I turn off WiFi turn it back on restart my device and nothing changes

I installed the app, made a small purchase and won some money so I tried to cash out and then they tried to verify. At first it wouldn’t accept my id but then it finally accepted the front but it wouldn’t accept the back. I’m just using a state ID so I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong? They would not let me retry verification on the app and said to email and contact support because their AI system will not help with such things. so I did and it’s been 24 hours no response
