Won’t Process Withdrawal
After emailing so many times, contacting a their “24/7” bot customer service, they still have processed my withdrawal. These people are crooks. This has happened a number of times. Don’t play this game. They are crooked as hell.

This app won’t let you withdraw your winnings. My account was apparently locked once I tried to withdraw my money. There is no legit customer support. I can’t wait for them to get sued. This definitely can not be legal.

They need to respond to this review with a specific way to contact them. I have opened a fraud case with Apple and you need to too so we can get this off the App Store.

I played this game and then made a purchase. Immediately after the purchase it went to a binding page for my phone number and has been stuck since. There is no support and I’m about to do a charge back because I can not use the app

Update. I have an attorney and will be filing suit for fraud. I have 13k in my account and thy refuse to respond to emails. They immediately locked my account. And the developer responded via my review and still nothing. I have given 2 months for them to resolve this. I had no issues until I won a significant amount of money. So, I guess a lawsuit is the only resolution. It’s unfortunate because I enjoyed the ap.

Ok so it says you cash out at $35 so when you spin the thing it give uu almost $29 then it will lend on some random juck then take away the money it gave you,then they be tryna be slick as soon as you reach $34 or $30 the thing will spin in it takes away a lot of the bucs and they do this to make it hard for you to get the money ….they don’t wanna give us money for real cus they tryna make it hard to even get ….this game fake 😂

This game has definitely tightened win rates and any small win is taken bsck quickly. As all of a sudden nothing hits. Redemption remains under review. Birvlive support is unreachable the chatbot says it will transfer to live agent. But never does until it provides a useless response that’s the equivalent of saying ‘don’t worry, keep waiting’
I think they’ve gone under and cash flow is all gone. Been odd Apple has allowed many of these apps many are obviously bait and switch. Guessing maybe so EU regulation limits there ability to deny apps. However there’s no excuse for Apple to allow an app to remain in its store when it can no longer communicate with its customers or payout owed rewards to its customers. This is more likely a developer that has engaged in willful fraud and should be removed from the App Store while an investigation is done by apple. The whole point of the App Store was that Apple would keep bad actors off the App Store. Tim Cook’s only legacy will be increased revenue through the addition and selling of services. Now it’s money maker App Store feels like it has no guardrails and Apple governance is MIA when in app purchases can be done outside the App Store in app purchasing system. And they don’t get their 30%

Cannot Cashout
This app is a Scam. I deposited $100 and played through the play requirement. I cashed out and the withdraw went to review for 3 days. I then opened the app and it says there was unusual activity and to contact. I contacted using the company email and have not heard back a response!
