Disappointing customer service
I was notified in app that I won a $2000 shopping prize. They had me fill out a tax form to claim the prize.
The next day they sent an “oops, sorry. That actually wasn’t for you” message in the app and gave me a “consolation prize” of 5 billion coins, which sounds like a lot…. But most of the slots on the app start at 5 billion a spin….
I reached out to higher ups, customer service, I even called in. NO response, no rectifications. When I saw that I won, I was SO excited. I told my kids. I planned on getting them Christmas presents with it. But I guess not, huh?
