Stuck in a zone
I am unable to collect my daily bonus tickets or bonus card. It’s stuck in update mode. Please fix

I’ve played this game on and off since 2019. The revamp makes the game so much more playable than it used to be. The only thing I miss is whenever I used daub a minigame symbol it would say “ride em cowboy!”. That aside, I love this game and I play every day. Catch you on the leaderboard! Xoxo, Cowtia

Puzzle pieces
June 14, 2025 Asking same question about - why aren’t puzzle pieces given with each bingo which are needed to complete the puzzle and capture the most wanted and receive tickets to play with!!! I win a lot of bingos but do not receive puzzle pieces with each bingo!! Please read question and give a real answer!! May 28, 2025 Why won’t you answer my question??? Not getting puzzle pieces every time you bingo has nothing to do with the number of people playing or getting bingos! I didn’t say I didn’t get bingos, I said puzzle pieces are not given with each bingo!!! Puzzle pieces are needed to capture the most wanted!! May 25, 2025 Once again, why aren’t puzzle pieces to capture the most wanted given with each bingo! Puzzle pieces are given with some bingos and not others!! What is the criteria for receiving a puzzle piece with a bingo??You did not answer this question in your previous reply Why has the reward for diamonds been reduced drastically? And I have missed receiving thousands of tickets because the puzzle pieces needed to capture the most wanted are not given with each bingo. WHY??
