I am unable to collect my daily bonus tickets or bonus card. It’s stuck in update mode. Please fix

I’ve played this game on and off since 2019. The revamp makes the game so much more playable than it used to be. The only thing I miss is whenever I used daub a minigame symbol it would say “ride em cowboy!”. That aside, I love this game and I play every day. Catch you on the leaderboard! Xoxo, Cowtia

Puzzle pieces
June 14, 2025 Asking same question about - why aren’t puzzle pieces given with each bingo which are needed to complete the puzzle and capture the most wanted and receive tickets to play with!!! I win a lot of bingos but do not receive puzzle pieces with each bingo!! Please read question and give a real answer!! May 28, 2025 Why won’t you answer my question??? Not getting puzzle pieces every time you bingo has nothing to do with the number of people playing or getting bingos! I didn’t say I didn’t get bingos, I said puzzle pieces are not given with each bingo!!! Puzzle pieces are needed to capture the most wanted!! May 25, 2025 Once again, why aren’t puzzle pieces to capture the most wanted given with each bingo! Puzzle pieces are given with some bingos and not others!! What is the criteria for receiving a puzzle piece with a bingo??You did not answer this question in your previous reply Why has the reward for diamonds been reduced drastically? And I have missed receiving thousands of tickets because the puzzle pieces needed to capture the most wanted are not given with each bingo. WHY??

Thank you for whoever change the treasure chest icon back to how it used to be 😭😭😭😭 I played this game since 2018 and have been always a fan for the graphics and game’s unique traits to play bingo. I has a short-long pause and come back recently which makes me realize everything has changed more or less but the Iconic treasure chest is the one I miss the mostttt and those red cards too 🥰🥰🥰 again! One of the bingo games out there
It’s fine it’s easy. You don’t always lose like other bingo games where they just suck you into get your money. This one actually lets you play the game fairly. I appreciate that.

I updated the app yesterday and now it won’t open. I play on 2 different iPads, I only updated 1 and now it’s not working at all, app just shuts down before it’s even opened other iPad is working fine, not going to risk updating that one

THE BEST GAME EVER! I play this game every single day with excitement! It was recently updated with amazing graphics and extra awards.
During the Autumn and Winter seasons, including Christmas, the background theme graphics were stunning! It was so enjoyable to look at the animations. I’m hoping they will continue to add background themes throughout the year.

数年ぶりに広告見たのをきっかけで入れたけど、星マークのアイテム(名前忘れた)が最初から置かれるようになったせいか他の同様のゲームと比較したら異常に1stビンゴもビンゴの減りも早いし数字も当たらない(4枚でのプレイ)。10回はいってないタイミングでビンゴなったのに60位って何？？？？？

Very few Bingo’s extremely hard to win any of the games. It’s impossible unless you spend money, even then that doesn’t help.

I wish it was easier to get puzzle pieces I’ve gotten very little I usually get them all by I miss one piece and Tom is hard only got 4 pieces last night and today I’ve bought tickets and power ups still can’t get Tom thank you bingo showdown staff I’ve been playing 5 years now and every single one is talking about this new bingo showdown game it too hard to get pieces and spend a lot a money to play I don’t mind but now it’s off the charts I understand you have to make money but to the loyal players who do spend money give us a break some more times not just holidays thanks again for your support and understanding sincerely Kim Robinson
