Trying to get my withdrawal for 4 weeks now. Same automated responses, “escalated to finance team, backlog” blah blah blah. It’s a scam.
You can deposit all you want - it’s the withdrawal that never happens !!
Well I thought this was a trusted honest site to play on. Turns out they will take your deposits but once you initiate a withdraw- well it never comes. They start with 48 hold then they go into some song and dance about having their finance team release the funds. Same team that takes in the money with no review? Stay far away from this site. Their customer service will tell you anything. Time to report this site. My withdrawal is never coming.

My credit card was immediately hacked the colorist day I used this application… foreign countries used it. Cancelled my card with the bank so hopefully this stops them!

This absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with online casino app! They allow you to deposit your money using a debit card but when it’s time to make a withdrawal it’s a hassle! They only allow wire transfer and your withdrawal have to be at least $100 and there is a $20 fee. The most ridiculous thing I’ve heard of. Then when I tried to speak with someone they were not helpful at all. Asked me to confirm my phone number so they could call. I never received a phone call. I will most definitely be reporting.
