Can’t login!

It’s been 4 months (maybe longer) and the app still won’t open. It keeps giving the “it’s not you, it’s us” pop up. I really thought this would be fixed by now.

Literally Unusable

I don't understand why, but this app does not accept my login. I know it isn't an issue with my login because every time they tell me "it's not you, it's us" before I'm redirected to the login screen. The website works perfectly well and I am able to log in no problem, but this app simply doesn't do its job.

Every time I try to sign in it keeps saying that there is a error and I’m panicking because I need this because I work at a gymnastics center and this is the app we use 😫😫

Our company also has another product called Jackrabbit that serves the class, gym, dance, swim, and cheer verticals, but there isn't an app for that product at this time. Trying to sign in

Trying to sign in for my job so I can stop using the website but it always says that it cannot sign me in because an error I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing works
