First time using the app and off the options.
Time for delivery
I used the app and it said delivery times were 90 minutes so I placed my order knowing when I was going to eat.. the delivery came 20 minutes after placing the order!! The app would be better to give you a more accurate time.
Easy to use
Ease of use, simple UI with everything sorted into categories. I like that there is a section to add condiment selection as most apps don’t have that and you have to manually add a note for the restaurant. The only thing missing from the app was a note section to add custom instructions like for example if you wanted sauce on the chips but not the fish etc. if there is a note section it isn’t clearly visible.
