About

Jackson Reporter gives authorized first responders and public-safety partners a secure way to notify Jackson County REMC about utility hazards encountered in the field. Use the guided reporting flow to identify the hazard, document immediate danger, capture a location, add observations and photos, and receive a clear delivery receipt. Reports can be safely queued when a connection is unavailable and retried when service returns. Authorized users can follow report status, exchange messages with Jackson County REMC, and receive update notifications. Approved Operator and Admin users can also view the active incident picture while in the field. Access is restricted to approved partner agencies. An agency invitation or enrollment code and administrator approval are required. The app is not intended for general public use. Jackson Reporter does not replace 911, emergency dispatch, or direct emergency contact with Jackson County REMC. If there is immediate danger, call 911 or your dispatch center first.
