App
Horrible - glitches constantly and charges me for subscription but can never get into it to see the actual sports when I want to
Terrible
Unless you follow all the local sport events, this is a waste. There’s VERY little in here except local sports
Very informative
Easy to read

Meh typical media
Great app, but the journalism is so bias. Might as download cnn for your news.
What about the comics?
Since prescribers pay,why can’t we get comics,crossword,etc?
The Jackson Sun
Love it!!!
It keeps me up-to-date with what's happening in West Tennessee no matter where I am in the world!!!

Not happy
Paid for no advertising still have advertising
A bit dated
The App works fine. Your stories are dated by a couple days. It’s more of a historic book than breaking news.
Your streaming of breaking news has help offset your print edition.

Typical
The Jackson Sun charges for the access to this app and then every video you click on has a must watch ad before you can view the video. Typical Jackson Sun.
Great app!
Easy to use, helps me stay up-to-date on local and national news. Sometime editing is a bit sloppy, but overall quality is okay.
Censorship. Not good for newspapers or in newspapers
I am now wondering why the Jackson Sun continues to have an Opinion Page in their online subscription issues. Most articles from nationally syndicated authors have a headline, and some a nice picture, but most do not contain an article. Absolutely no content. I advocate freedom of the press and absolutely do not believe that the press is the enemy of the people. It saddens me that the editorial board of the regional newspaper for rural West Tennessee would stoop to censoring the content of their own paper.

Push notifications ridiculous
The app’s settings don’t work. I have turned on for news and weather only – all I get are stupid sports updates! As if I care what the Vols score is! What a waste. They print pictures of community events from over a year ago (as if it’s a ‘current’ event. Nothing is local anymore.
Yesterday’s news tomorrow—well, unless it’s a high school or college football game!

Review
I am enjoying the digital content.
News
Love the news and the notifications on my phone
Outdated and rarely current
I find more useful current Jackson events from the 101.5 website or Brownsville news than the jacksonsun. I am a subscriber to Wednesday and Sunday papers and the online edition, and the online app is in serious need of better management and current topics. I have headlines on my app today that have been there for 2 months. Old news. I don't understand how a city can grow and flourish yet their newspaper cannot find things to write about. It emits a bad representation of the city. Come on jacksonsun, step it up or move over for someone else.

Old News
App works fine, but most of the news on it is weeks old. Get rid of old reports.
Jackson Sun
I read the paper every night. It has what I need to know for my area.
Enjoying The Jackson Sun app
The app is easy to navigate!
Mr. T
I enjoy the paper but don't like all the car ads. It is a good way to keep up with what is happening in Jackson. I wish they would do something about the crime in the area.
