Useless
I have an iPhone 17. Before downloading the app, it asked me to enter my Gmail password. Which I did repeatedly and it refused to open. Was unable to use this app while at the zoo and was extremely frustrating because they no longer provide maps.When I came back home and called the zoo, they told me to enter my Apple ID password where it was asking me to enter my Gmail password. Who in the world developed this? We’ll have to wait till my next visit to find out if this app is remotely helpful. Every app on the App Store only requires me to double click to download. Developers please fix this glaring problem.

Fun and Fabulous!
Such a wonderful fun filled zoo. Lovely gardens make for a beautiful walk along the paths meandering throughout the animal exhibits. Enjoyed it all!
Pointless
If I can’t login to my membership, have my pass readily available, but additional tickets, upgrade to total attraction tickets directly within the app without it taking me to the website within the app and then making me add my barcode, etc, what’s the point of the app?
