Would be great if it didn’t crash constantly!

The paid version includes a large selection of lovely coloring sheets and a fun selection of palettes and brushes, and it is well designed for coloring with your finger.

BUT unlike the free version, which is quite stable - although, and no doubt because, it has only one palette and no brush choices - the full/paid version is totally unstable. It hangs and then crashes every 4-6 ‘steps’ (changing the color or brush). And when it does, unless you’ve paused for a bit between choices, you lose most if not all of what you’ve done since the previous crash.

If I really like something I’ve managed to get done before the next crash happens, I will hit the ‘done’ button to save my work, and then reopen it and continue. It’s a pain in the butt to do that, but there is zero chance it won’t crash again, and soon, so I do it.

Really unfortunate because it’s great otherwise. I really hope the JL folks fix it, because I can’t see continuing to pay them for something so non-functional.

Nothing without purchase

It says there are in app purchases, yes, every single picture has to be purchased in order to color it. Nothing was available without purchasing. Very dishonest.

Keeps crashing on my iPad

I love coloring these, but the program freezes and crashes all the time! I wish the program would run smoothly. So frustrating. :(

Bait and switch

I expect more from Jacque Lawson than this. Download their free app while promoting Easter coloring pictures? The app is free . . . And there is just one picture you can color for free and it’s full of darkened lines. Should be more honest than this.

How to make puzzle?

I am trying out the app to get for my senior mother who enjoys colouring, but LOVES puzzles. Not seeing how to turn the coloured picture into a puzzle. Not finding info on the website or the app FAQ.

Disappointed

I love the pictures, got addicted on them.! I blazed through the free ones, and joined to get the rest. After two days now I’m really getting tired of the constant crashing ! I hate to go back and re-do the area I was working on. I don’t have this problem with my other apps, and my internet is fine. If this keep up, I will have to cancel 🫤

Terrific, but it keeps quitting….

The free graphics are beautiful, but there are not very many, without the inexpensive monthly fee (compared to a cup of coffee these days). I had finished 4, with no problems. But this last picture (water wheel with pond & ducks), keeps quitting as I am working on it. And it doesn’t always save the changes I’ve just made - very frustrating! I tried slowing down, but that doesn’t seem to help. I am on a reliable internet connection, so the app must need some work..??
I hope it gets sorted out, as I like supporting her work.

I’ve had a Jacqui Lawson subscription for years and years!

I adore her very British love of flora and fauna and wit. There are always new designs that are beautifully executed. My artist friends appreciate the aesthetic, animal lovers especially get a kick from the charming and frequently anthropomorphized
creatures, and the interactive ecards are great fun for all ages. I also have given subscriptions to Jacqui Lawson which is a lovely gift that lasts a year!
