The app is very slow and bugs for no reason!

Sometimes it freezes and don’t even think about changing it to white or black it’s not going to work when you try to use it after

I have just moved into the building, and downloaded the app, set it up and few days later the app no longer works. The screen remains white when I try to open the app, and I cannot get anything done. Can I please get some assistance?
