I’ve been trying to order for the past hour but nothing is happening the app doesn’t work at all

Have eaten at Jade Palace for over 25 years and it is still the best Chinese ever. I’ve tried Chinese from all over and nowhere else ever comes close 😁

Jade palace is a family favourite, no other takeaway comes close, we’ve tried others but nope, jade palaces food is so nice, no fatty meat or anything, my sons new in-laws have now changed to jade palace

Grew up as a kid eating from here and as I’ve got older stuck with them...never had another Chinese that beats JP!!!
Rubbish delivery time
Never using again took from ordering at 17.30 till 19.41 to arrive we were told 90 mins which was bad enough but this just totally spoilt our evening. Their way to try and make it better, 10 % off next time, like there will be a next time!
Delivered to wrong address
I waited 80 minutes from ordering to get a call from another resident that had received my delivery. I had to phone Jade Palace to inform them. They said they’d make a new order and delivery within 20 min, but I opted for a refund instead. Will never order from them again.
