Never works
I have trialed this app for over a year. It never works when I need it to work. I always get error messages and then I have to constantly call to get the issue fixed. I am running the newest OS on my phone and have the newest phone to run it on. I am really super disappointed in this app and service overall. Can’t pick my own router and have no supports with the app unless I call. No other choice but to use this since where I live there’s no alternatives. Monopolistic capitalism at its best.

Love that this app keeps me in the know about the internet in my home. The alerts about new devices joining online are my favorite

This app is awesome. I can track who in on the network 3 states away. See the speeds. The app never crashes.
Permanently Blocked My Device From Wi-Fi
I called the after hours tech support only to be told they didn’t have a fix for me. The app will not show a list of my blocked devices anymore. Had I known the app would take that screen away from me I would have just left well enough alone. I went into my router via my personal IP and was unable to unblock my device from there as well. My kids Nintendo switch is bricked pretty much. Some help would be appreciated please developers. I can see the device in blocked settings in my router identified as inactive but it will not let me reactivate it.
