Easy Setup
This label maker is easy to setup, prints super sharp text and prints quickly. Only 4 stars bc it doesn’t download labels directly from Etsy and it’s a pain to have to download labels into another app then go to the label maker. Please fix this, Jadens.
Updates screw everything up!

No need to do anything; just added the printing paper, press a button and you have auto adhesive label, that is it. Cheapest on the market too

This printer has been great with a few hiccups that was easily corrected by a simple look up.
Good printer, but not perfect
Mine will only stay connected with one device. If I connect my phone, It will disconnect from the Mac, and visa-versa

Solid unit. Been using it for a year or so , Didn’t realize how much time it saves me from not having to wait in lines at the post office. Also great for custom making labels for storage. I’ve barely explored all the good easy to use options it has and I’m already happy with it.

Frustrated with printing from computer
We have been using the app for months without issue until the new update. This makes it much harder to print a 4x6 label without having to save the file and switch to printing from a phone. This takes a lot of time when printing multiple labels. Also having to crop the label to fit is an extra step that shouldn’t exist. Please fix this problem!
