I have paid for the subscription and still says that my subscription has expired and I have to recharge it but when I go to the website to recharge my subscription, it’s says that I still have a month for my subscription to expire. They also charged me twice in one month they took $7 and then next day they took another $8

Great app and customer service
I’ve been subscribed to JadooTV Farsi for about 2 years. Honestly was not expecting such a great service but have been continuously impressed with them.

Not even worth single star.. using other company’s name and tray to get money out of your pocket… you may loose your identity details as well as card detail.. and they may use that detail for fraudulent transaction.

WORST APP EVER!!!!
My mom had the device 3 years ago, had lots of issue, so she had to call every time to fix the issue. After 3 years, I gave second chance with thought of they should have been better so installed the app! Same issue, and every time I have to call the support they would tell you uninstall the app and install again it will fix the problem. That’s only solution they thought employees over there. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND THE TIME!!!!!!!

Fix the app version! It doesn’t work. I deleted and downloaded multiple times on my iPad. App crashes!

Every month after recharge expired subscription error comes up so weird
