Business, Share market tab shortcut is must needed rather than Cricket, Astro, Health, Her Jindagi.
You have given big shortcut at the top for Cricket, Astro, Health, Her Jindagi. These section are having very less reader.
Instead of that Add Business News, Share market, Tech shortcut which will be helpful and most of the user reads it’s much more frequently that other. Also keep those shortcut logo small. It’s destroying the homepage experience.
Also, even though i took subscription i seeing ads at the end of article. Making all together a bad experience of reading any news and because of that i don’t open any article. With subscription homepage ads are only removed.

1. Give a ad free option by annual or monthly membership l.
2. The third tab - Local always looks for locations and fails if location outside of India. Give an option to save location manually.

make ui smooth like dainik bhaskar app, when i open a news and hit the back button the feed goes on the top, i need to scroll again to read further news

Horrible App
It is almost impossible to read any News on Jagran App. As soon as you click to read second News, an advertisement will open and which will not go away. The app seems to be a promo place more than a News App.
Too many ads
I don’t know how much money you want to earn. It is crazy to show full page ad where I cannot click anywhere to close. There is a little cross on top right corner which doesn’t work. Stop publishing news if you just want to make money. Never able to read news from this app. So frustrating experience.

Worst app, took multiple payments but not subscribed
I have paid multiple times, yearly as well as monthly but the subscription keeps on disappearing few days later, will soon file consumer court complaint.

I have subscribed for a year so that I don't see any ads while reading but I am sad that whenever I open the app ads appear in between the news. When I compare Dainik Bhaskar and Dainik Jagran I find them more accurate and correct and I like reading them too. Your font style is also not good.
No subscription upgrade facility
I wanted to upgrade my subscription from e-paper to full but there is no way. You have to wait for one year when subscription ends then you can upgrade. The ads are video ad’s which run for long lime and by that time I loose interest and close app.
Not able to read news even after subscription
Cheat and fraud. Even they do not have any customer support section
Zoom out within sec
I recently updated the Jagran app, I am facing problem in using it. When I zoom in, it gets out of zoom within 2 seconds and sometimes the app closes automatically.
