App crashes and doesn’t open, tried multiple time but cannot go through

As soon as the app is launched, app crashes on iPhone. Since months I’m facing the pblm and none of the dev., team is looking into it.
Please fix this ASAP or remove the app from the App Store as there is no point of installing the app which is a waste of time.
