2018 F-Pace Premium
This app has been absolutely useless. Why would you not have anything prior to 2019 for the F-Pace Models? I am slowly starting to find out and reassure my thoughts over and over again that owning a Jaguar vehicle has been the biggest scam and complete headache in every aspect so far then not.

XJ still airbrushed out
An update to the App from JLR but the XJ is still not visible. This model is no longer manufactured but they still exist out there so why was it removed? Someone put all the work in to create it so what harm would it do to JLR if it was made available?

Completely useless since there is no 2017 model selection available. Please update asap.
Straightforward and simple to use
A simple online help system for your Jaguar car. Nice features are the visual search (as I often don’t know what a feature is called but know where to find it) and the extensive “Related Information” links that help you rapidly navigate the guide. For some people having multiple vehicle guides in one place is probably also useful. Possible improvements would include incorporating more video guides and providing the ability to print some parts of the guide when needed. For the I-Pace in particular if you could explain exactly how to operate the Gesture Tailgate so that we all know what a “valid kick” gesture is that would be terrific 😀

I have an XE 2018 model but this app only starts from 2020. It should tell you this in the information before you download.

Where is the 2019 guide as it only starts from 2020. Not impressed.
Almost useless
This has to be the most disjointed and unfriendly experience I’ve ever had to use. It would be OK if there was a paper manual or even an online PDF but there isn't . What is available from jaguar is just dire. The information is basic and doesn’t connect at all. It’s an exercise in doing something trying to be clever when a simple document would be better. I don't think I’ve ever been presented with so little usable information by a car manufacturer.

Deleted f pace manual
Just bought a second jaguar a 2021 f type loaded up the iGUIDE however deleted the iGUIDE for my f pace can’t get it back?? What do I do

Installiert, dann Fahrzeugauswahl und direkt die bittere Erkenntnis, dass ein 3 Jahre altes 50.000€ Auto so gnadenlos veraltet ist, dass es einem nicht einmal zur Auswahl angeboten wird. Daher auch nur 1 Stern. Ob das Manual des 2019er Modell auch gehen würde?…Wer weiß das schon.

I have a 2002 XKR convertible and should be able to get information on it from your app . Refund my money or I’ll file a complaint .
A quality App
I’ve used it so often to find features on my Jaguar F-Type and I’m sure it will be useful in the future. At 24 owning a Jaguar F-Type V6 I’m proud to have knowledge and a visual of what things do as I was in a old off brand made in 2007. So I’m new to Tech

I would give no stars. App only contains data for XF 2019 onwards. Where’s support for older vehicles ???
Bloody incomprehensible
So bloody complicated to understand it’s impossible to use. Wish they had just used the intuitive simple XF system. Trying to use it is driving me mad.
2017 F Pace disappeared
Like other reviewers the App wouldn’t open without having to update, now the 2017 model has disappeared.
I guess probably some uni whizz with no ‘common sense’ had been left to organise this.

Model years and versions
Why is there only 2 year models , 2020 and 2021 why not previous years or even model versions
