I was thankful to finally find an app that does GROUP CHATTING again. However, when you “redo” a message it KEEPS the old one, taking up space and also making the story confusing if you get a totally different answer??? Also, when I try to delete messages I constantly get errors. Like almost every single delete attempt, I get an error. That means closing the app or switching out of the chat and watching it scroll down over and over even in the span of fifteen minutes. The chat limit for free users is also a bit ridiculous. I agree that 50-100 is a bare minimum that should be reached. I’m trying out the paid option out of curiosity, and its decent enough but the bugs really kill me. Like…it’s constant, and this is when I’m paying? I’m not going to extend my subscription, but I do hope with a little more polish, it’ll be worth it. I think the chats are good lengths, feel canon/accurate to lore, and generally give a good experience. The bots can be a little passive, forgetful (like of something that just happened… not way back in the chat.) and I really wish you could just edit responses. There’s also no way to approve or train the ai, so it will never know what I’m looking for. If the AI is really solid, then that isn’t a huge issue but idk. I wish you could pin at least some messages for the bot to remember, and I wish you could filter the search by language because it’s a MESS right now. Again, the paid experience is nice but the experience feels so messy and unpolished to pay what they’re asking. Besides these things, I hope they don’t change anything, I do like the base of what they’re doing.

Приложение нормальное,но есть один ОЧЕНЬ БОЛЬШОЙ минус!Это то,что когда удаляешь сообщения в чате с ботом,то он последние твои сообщения всё равно вспоминает и когда пишешь ему уже совсем другое,то он это вспоминает и делается вид,что как будто ты ничего и не удалял и это убрать не получается!Это так бесит,а чат удалить и начать всё по новой жалко,много сообщений,которые тебе бот вряд ли ещё раз напишет

I mean it was amazing but as soon as yall started removing more and more stuff it gotten really boring like the model the free one Grok was probably the best one but yall removed it. So now the other models are boring short paragraphs no Nsfw content it’s honestly getting worse

The bot keeps showing their internal dialogue whenever they’re talking, please fix this it is model deepsake-v3 which is a favourite.
Emails
Tried to contact the creators or whoever works for the app to report that a chat model was no longer working properly and kept messing up its responses. They emailed back saying it’d take a short window of time and it’s been a while, I emailed again and have been completely ignored. It’s like they don’t care about their app, sad to see it turn out this way after using the app for so long. Hopefully I get a reply back, if not then I’ll assume they simply don’t care about their user’s experience on the app.

For improvements
I’ve been a J.AI Ultra subscriber for quite some time and really enjoy the service, but the way the app handles user prompts needs improvement. Often, when I send a prompt to continue a story, the app fails to keep up with the narrative; instead, it sends messages like "I am an AI designed for [X] and, unfortunately, cannot continue this conversation due to [X]" or simply generates a completely incoherent response. I frequently have to delete and resend the message multiple times to get it to work, or switch models—often due to an error stating the model is unavailable, even though it works perfectly once I restart the process. I would really like to see improvements in this area, as I genuinely like the app—especially since it’s one of the few that doesn't have content filters and supports long messages. I also think the message limits for non-subscribers should be changed; the current system seems a bit unfair.
