So much potential…
I had high hopes for this one as I am a solid fan of the desktop version, but this implementation is just plain not easy for prime time. So much to fix. Would absolutely LOVE to see this product perform as smoothly and brilliantly as the desktop version…

Deceptive "free" app is useless unless you pay
The app should show a price of US$35 instead of "free" as that is the minimum price you have to pay to even save 1 photo. The app is useless if you don't buy storage which starts at US$35. If you don't buy storage (or a licence to use the software on your own website which is even more expenses) then the app is useless.
The app also breaches the App Store terms and conditions by sending users out of the Apple/iOS ecosystem to make any required payment.

Not compatible with lastest IOS for iPad
I have been a user for several years and very satisfied, but now with upgrades to IOS it renders my iPad unable to open it and load new images. I think I will have to find a new application.
IPad Issues
The IOS version of this app won’t even boot up on my iPad Pro. It just shuts down as soon as I enter my passcode info. This means that I will have to keep an old Windows laptop around to even use this program. As a user for the past three years now, I have been relatively satisfied. But since I do all my work now on the iPad, I will be looking for a more compatible IOS photo album unless JAlbum invests more resources into better software.

Browsing protected albums is broken
I have a large album published from my computer, with password protection. Browsing from the app, it asks for the password every time you navigate to a new folder or photo.
OK, but not great.
The main problem I have with the app is a major one - practically half of the photos when creating an album fail to upload. Now, it's easy enough to go back and re upload and they eventually will BUT if your photos need to be in sequence (and often they do) now you're totally screwed. The failed ones go to the end of the line to try again.
I suppose you could just do them one at a time and spend hours making sure they upload in the correct order, but ain't nobody got time fo' dat!

Still no FTP access
Needs to have FTP access before it would be of any use.

Force closes often when I try to search
How can you possibly screw up what you had?
Somewhere somehow people remember how it was as I do, now we cannot access albums and features we had before or upload to our own websites as before for years, since new upgrade killed everything we had before, I see why nobody bothers to comment, because no work we move on, but my confidence from what worked until I upgraded to this nightmare of failures is my only post people, fix it now, simple hey just got to what you did before or allow the old app to be made available that works, keep us or lose us is now your turn to prove loyalty, funny word but it still does exists some places .

JAlbum - Crashing continuously
Looks a cool app but crashes continuously on iPhone 4S...

It's quite expensive to do anything
When you start using it, it asks you to buy space. It charges quite a lot for you to buy space to work on, you cant really do anything without paying that amont!

Crashes constantly
I just purchased jalbum for the Mac. Wanted to utilize the mobile version on the iPad. Unable to switch from home to explore and back to home or any other choice, without the app locking up and having to be killed and restarted.
The adds are extremely annoying also. A paid version that is working and no adds, would be nice.
From what I can tell before it locks up, it would be a pretty nice companion to the desktop version.
Hope the bugs get worked out soon.

Jalbum don't bother
I use jalbum on my pc and it's really good, no issues so far. However can't say the same for the iPAD version, the only thing I didn't have a problem with was starting the app, after that nothing worked as it should and I had to power off my iPAD to shut the app down. After 3 attempts to get it working I deleted it altogether and won't try again until the issues have been resolved - come on Jalbum sort it out, the iPAD version is letting you down.

Several Bugs
This app is a great idea but has several bugs that makes it inopperable on iOS devices. As others have mentioned when trying to create an album you can't see the photos in your camera roll. Also, the application just hangs. Clicking navigation icons at bottom of app does not good, you just sit there.
Overall the jAlbum desktop application and website is a wonderful idea. But this app needs to be fixed for the idea to be fully implemented.

Useless on iOS 5
As the description says, empty photo library on iOS 5, so you can't create albums. The description also says it will be fixed in January. It's March.
