Does the support email provided by the developer work? The count doesn’t work and sent multiple emails. Neither a courtesy reply nor an acknowledgement. Not sure why I paid !!

I paid for the mrudangam and other instruments. After paid the app started crashing and could not able to use this.

Its like levels ,2 yrs before the mridangam instrument was free but now ₹99😩

count not showing up in my app
I have downloaded this app and also purchased mridangam and morsing with it. when I am playing I don’t see the count indicator. In the demo they showed the numbers changing from 1,2,3,4 for four count. That I am not seeing in the app. what am I missing?
