I’m always looking for new apps to listen to my podcasts, thought it looked interesting. I didn’t make it past the first screen. Why do you need phone numbers? Creeps, that’s who.

I love being able to curate a playlist of shorter pods, and also stream my favorite longer shows. Plus you can message the hosts, which feels more communal. I love JAM!

TikTok for Podcasts
I’ve been thinking about starting a podcast for years but was so intimidated by the thought of how much time, effort, money (!) would go into it. Investing in mics and other equipment, how much time it would take to edit my audio… I never would’ve started one, but now I have a Jam! It’s so easy to record (you do it right in the app), there’s *zero* editing required (they do it for you), and the whole point is to be authentic, so I can be unscripted and not worry about all the “um”s and pauses in my speech — it’s just like leaving a voice note! Love this app and if you’ve been thinking of starting a podcast, you have to try it.
