About

( https://www.youtube.com/@cameronclark4667 - Visit this site for free training on how to get the most from this app. ) Some people struggle to play full piano scores using two different clefs, and needing to read note heads that are positioned vertically... when the rest of the time humans track side to side reading text. Add in the complexity of taking a vertical representation of notes you scan with traditional manuscript, and then expressing them on keys laid out horizontally... No wonder so many people can't play piano that way. YouTube tutorials alone only get you so far. Chord chart PDFs are accurate, but are rarely practical in gigging situations. Knowing chords is only half the battle. You need to know when to change to the next chord, and that requires good listening and experience (mistakes). Having some knowledge and then playing along with people would help but no one can afford to hire band for private jam sessions. I feel your pain. That's why I built an app that provides you with the instant chord knowledge you need, AND a virtual backing band so you can learn the changes and develop some ear training skills too (Start with slower tempos until you're ready for full speed). Make the mistakes at home, then wow people at the open mics, and then at the gigs. How do you get there? You don't need more theory. Don't waste time learning intervals that no pros think about while performing. You only need a tool that shows you exactly where to put your fingers and lets you hear each chord demonstrated properly in real time first, then add the rhythmic elements later. Books can't provide this. And most professional keyboardists are too busy to show you the tricks. This isn't a course you'll abandon after a week. It's a tool you'll reach for every time you sit down at the keys. It's a reference tool you'll refer to at a jam session when there's disagreement about chord anatomy. It's a training system that allows you to choose the curriculum you want to learn and save things for later. It's also a perfect framework for composing your own songs even if you don't believe you're a writer yet. **WHAT'S INSIDE** • Dual Piano Keyboards — See exactly what each hand plays (Start with right hand, let the bass player handle the bass in many situations) • Massive Chord Library — Triads, 7ths, 9ths, 11ths, 13ths, altered, sus, and more • Named Jazz Voicings — Correct terminology, some of which are based on names of famous musicians • Drum Accompaniment — Rock, Latin, Swing, Bossa Nova, and other patterns • All 12 Keys — Transpose any progression instantly - great for moments when the singer in your group can't hit the high notes • Adjustable Tempo — Slow it down to learn, speed it up to perform • Save & Share Songs — Build your own library and send songs to friends **WHO IT'S FOR** • Chording Piano players tired of only knowing basic chords • Jazz enthusiasts who want to actually play, not just listen • Worship musicians preparing for Sunday • Songwriters sketching out progressions • Teachers who need a visual tool for students (a great tool they can use to practice improv solos at home even with playback transposed for Bb & Eb instruments) • Anyone who wants to study music from a harmonic perspective first, and build other skills along their way • Readers who'd prefer jamming without sheet music **EVERY CHORD TYPE YOU'LL NEED** Major, minor, diminished, augmented, sus2, sus4, dominant 7th, major 7th, minor 7th, half-diminished, diminished 7th, 9ths, 11ths, 13ths, altered dominants, add9, 6th chords, and many more—with multiple inversions. Play any chord and jam for free. Subscribe only if you want to save and export songs and access the our basic chord theory curriculum. A 7-day free trial included so you can try it our first and ensure it's a good fit for you. What's New in Jam With Cam

1.2.1

August 28, 2026

1. Bug fixes for some chords that didn't display properly in the keyboard highlighting. 2. Grey highlights for notes that are in the chord, but are considered optional if you want to play something simpler at first, or want to omit notes the pros do in the more elaborate chords. 3. A Performance Sheet view that you can take to gigs. If you are mid performance and forget a chord's notes in a panic, just click the chord box, and the piano at the bottom highlights those notes as a ready reference. (No one else has to know you need a cheat sheet on stage). UPCOMING VERSION FEATURES IN DEVELOPMENT: (These are not installed here yet, but we wanted you to know the app is still going to improve thanks to more customer feedback) 1. The performance sheet was a major improvement in this edition, but we are taking it one step further in version 2.0 and building you a song repertoire and gig setlist folder system so this tool becomes even more practical on stage. 2. The chord sensing mode is pretty good now as is, but we want to build in more accurate listening so that instead of needing to manually press our virtual sustain pedal and tap on notes, you can have the app simply listen to the notes you are playing on your real piano, and then naming the chord you formed. (Some people know how to play a lot of chords but don't yet know the proper names and it leads to awkward conversations we want to help you to avoid). 3. We also plan to have the option of displaying the grand staff for piano within the main chord box in learning mode so that people who come to us who are already good readers have one more visual cue about what's happening when chords are expressed. We want ALL piano learners to feel welcomed in our system and community.
